v0.2 - 2006-06-18
* Added new parameter 'log' to command email. If this parameter has value 'yes' and
  the email has valid PIN, the log email2toppy.py creates is sent back both to 
  the sender and to the email address in configuration file if it is different 
  than the reply address.   
* Added new configuration parameter 'append' to 'log' section of the configuration
  filr. If this parameter has value 'false', new log file always created when the 
  application is run. The old log is deleted. Version 0.1 configuration files are 
  still valid. append=true is the assumed if 'append' parameter is not found.
* Syntax of emailed timer parameters are checked before creating the remote
  command file. However, there are no sanity checks.
